For Returning Customers
Because coffee is perishable, we can’t accept returns on opened bags. The only exception is if your order arrives damaged, we’ll always make it right.

Damaged Orders
If your order arrives less than perfect, please contact us via email (contact@mamabearistacoffee.com) within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Clear photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging
- Your order number
Once received, we’ll send you a replacement right away. Unfortunately, we can’t process claims without photos or after the 48-hour window.
Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If your order arrives damaged, we’ll happily replace your coffee at no cost—but shipping fees will not be refunded.
