When will my coffee ship?

We don’t roast until you order. Each batch is roasted fresh, packed, and shipped the same day. Orders usually leave our roastery within 2-5 business days.

How long does delivery take?

Most orders within the U.S. arrive in 5–7 business days.

Do you ship internationally?

Not at the moment, but we’re working on it! Sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know when international shipping becomes available.

Will I get tracking information?

Absolutely. Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking details so you can follow your coffee delivery from our roastery to your doorstep.

How much does shipping cost?

We keep it simple with a flat shipping rate of $4.99 anywhere in the U.S. or enjoy free shipping on all orders over $50.

How fresh is your coffee?

Freshness is our guarantee. Every bag is roasted to order and shipped the same day. Unlike store-bought brands, your beans never sit in storage. You’ll always enjoy coffee at peak flavor and aroma.

Do you offer flavored coffee?

Yes! Along with single-origin options and blends coffee, we have a rotating selection of flavored coffee beans—perfect for cozy mornings, seasonal cravings, or adventurous sipping

Can I subscribe to coffee deliveries?

Yes! Our flexible coffee subscription service lets you choose your favorite roast, set your schedule, and have fresh coffee delivered automatically. Whether weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly, you’ll never run out of Mama Bearista Coffee.

Can I send coffee as a gift?

Of course! Coffee makes the perfect gift. Just enter your recipient’s address at checkout and add a gift note. They’ll receive a bag of fresh roasted coffee delivered straight to their door—with love from you.

What if I don’t like my first bag?

Your first order is covered by our First Bag Happiness Guarantee. If you’re not satisfied, we’ll refund you in full—no questions asked.

What if my order is damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo. We’ll send a fresh replacement right away.

Can I return coffee?

Because coffee is perishable, we can’t accept returns. However, if there’s ever a problem with your order, just reach out—we’ll make it right.

Do you offer wholesale or bulk coffee orders?
